Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and payment-related customer service. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms.
The product
PrimeCloud POS is Windows till software plus a self-hosted (or optionally managed) API and PrimeWeb admin site. A subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to activate the number of terminals included in your plan on machines you control, for your internal restaurant or retail operations.
Your responsibilities
- Provide a suitable Windows 10/11 PC, printers, and network.
- Keep backups of your SQL database unless you purchased Managed Cloud Server.
- Do not share license keys or exceed the terminal limit.

Limitation of liability
The software is provided as-is for business use. We are not liable for lost sales, data loss, or hardware failure beyond the amount you paid us in the prior three months, except where the law forbids that limit.
