Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026. This policy covers the license shop and activation service at licenses.gqora.com for the GQORA POS product.
We process the email and name you (or our sales process) provide so we can issue a license key and support your subscription. We do not collect payment card numbers on this site.
What we store
- License key, terminal count, expiry, machine fingerprints used for activation
- Business name and contact email for the license
- Support emails you send to support@gqora.com
Self-hosted customers’ restaurant data (sales, guests, menu) stays on their server, not on the license server.
Retention
License records are kept while the subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for fraud and accounting. You can request deletion of personal data at support@gqora.com except where we must keep it for law or accounting.
