Privacy Policy

We process the email and name Paddle sends us so we can issue a license key and support your subscription. Payment card data is handled by Paddle, not by us.
What we store
- License key, terminal count, expiry, machine fingerprints used for activation
- Paddle customer and subscription IDs
- Support emails you send us
Self-hosted customers’ restaurant data (sales, guests, menu) stays on their server, not on the license server.
Retention
License records are kept while the subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for fraud and accounting. You can request deletion of personal data at support@example.com except where we must keep it for law or chargeback defense.
